Lawyer

Lawyer working in the areas of Corporate Tax Consulting, Public Law and Judicial and Administrative Tax Litigation. She graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP. She also has a degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ.

Luciane holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from PUC/SP and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Brasília (UnB) and a postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering (Structures) from UNB. From 1997 to 2021, she held the position of Federal Auditor at the National Treasury Secretariat (STN). During this period, she held several prominent positions in the Federal Public Administration, including: Sectoral Monitoring Coordinator at the Ministry of Finance’s Economic Policy Secretariat (SPE) from 2007 to 2011. In São Paulo, she worked in the office of Finance Minister Guido Mantega, from 2011 to 2014, and was Chief of Staff at the National Treasury Regional Prosecutor’s Office (PGFN) of the 3rd Region from 2014 to 2017. She also worked in the Economic Advisory Office of National Treasury Secretary Mansueto Almeida from 2018 to 2019 and was subsequently appointed to the Chief of Staff at the Higher Education Secretariat at the Ministry of Education (MEC) from 2019 and 2020.
